Shipping prices are as follows for CD's and DVD's (CD-ROM shipping is free): Domestic shipping = $5.00 for first item and $1.00 each additional item International Shipping = $8.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Customers are required to pay all taxes and duties to their respective countries! CD-ROM's shipping is free in the USA, and $4.00 outside of the USA per disc. If you are accidentally charged shipping for these discs, please let us know because our computer system sometimes fails to waive the shipping charges. REFUNDS: If an item is defective and/or does not play on your system, we will send you a replacement. If the replacement does not play, you will be given a refund.
